Change is a process not an event.
Life threw me lemons, and I could not deal with them. My only way to experience trauma and life challenges was to avoid them. I pushed my emotions as far down and out of sight as possible.
While this did create a facia that I was coping with my everyday life, I was creating an internal turmoil of anxiety, stress and depression. I had ignored my needs and lost myself in the process. I realised I had to change my way of dealing with life to change my experience with life.

Therapy provided me with a non-judgmental and supportive space to find my feet. I have learnt new tools to deal with my trauma and life challenges. I found a sense of self and my self-confidence.

Stepping out of my comfort zone and into the fear of experiencing something new has allowed me to take a new path and embark on a journey with hope.
I’m a qualified Gestalt Therapist, Life Coach and Grief Educator. I use a holistic approach to support clients through difficult times, such as the stresses of everyday life, relationships, traumatic events, and career challenges.
