

Emergency Relief is available through Community SOS Central Coast to provide support to individuals and families in financial crisis. Our Crisis SOS program offers short-term assistance to help people meet essential needs.

​Our Emergency Relief program is available to people living in postcodes 2250, 2256 and 2257 who are in financial hardship.

Recent loss of employment

Change in household circumstances (e.g. relationship breakdown, eviction etc)

Decrease or loss of Child Support

Recent bereavement (death of partner/child or close family member)

Unexpected essential household expenses (proof required)

Substantial necessary medical expenses (not covered by Medicare) (proof required)

High energy costs from faulty appliances (proof required)

Unexpected decrease or loss of income; suspended Centrelink benefit; waiting on Centrelink payment to be processed; no income and not eligible for Government benefits
